Our Loft L1 is a newly built studio apartment, built on the ground floor of the Corte Trambai building.


The large windows illuminate the living area, making it cozy and comfortable, furnished with a practical kitchen with a 31L microwave oven and induction hob and a comfortable eco-leather sofa. The open wardrobe divides the room, leaving room for the intimate double suite with 49″ smart TV. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with terry towels.

The eye is captured by the basalt stone wall, extracted in the old “San Marco” quarry of Gambellara. This volcanic stone was extracted for the construction of the railway embankments, until the quarry was reclaimed by obtaining a natural park with an amphitheater to host cultural activities.

With its 46sqm, the Loft L1 is the ideal place to spend a romantic weekend.
